This magazine was founded by Jorge Marinho (Ph.D. in Communication Sciences, BA in International Journalism) in 2014 / Porto (Portugal). The editor, Jorge Marinho, will send out invitations to experts, academics and other professionals aimed at publishing their works. In this regard, the final decision is to be given by the editor.
